Its been more than 15 minutes since I ordered my unlock code, where is my code?

• All codes are displayed almost instantly after confirmed and cleared payment on the “thank you” page, did you miss that?
• All codes are sent out within 5 min of confirmed and cleared payment, check your spam folder.
• Did you place your PayPal order with e-check? If so, your code will be delivered once the e-check  clears in our account, which usually takes 3-5 days.
• Did you place your Google order using mobile device? If so, your code will be delivered once Google releases your funds, which can take up to 24 hours.

What if my code doesn’t work?

• It means you either chose the wrong carrier (must select current network provider that the phone is locked to),
• Wrong country,
• Wrong device model (selected not listed model or other),
• Or you are simply entering it wrong.

If all else fails, email your order # (its a 6 digit # in your paypal or google checkout receipt) to us and we will take a look for you.
